ready when you land.
Bulbul is based in Cannes — so you get one local contact for content, activation, PR and follow-up, set up before you arrive and ready to move fast during the week.
No coordinating five vendors from a hotel room. Just a crew that knows the city, works in English and French, and gets things done.
22–26 June · Palais des Festivals, Cannes
Take it off your plate.
PR & Media Relations
Creation of specialized media kits, press releases, and coordination of on-site executive interviews and TV spots. We handle targeted press outreach across French and international trade media — ensuring your presence at Cannes reaches the people who aren’t in the room.
Brand & Venue Activation
Villa, rooftop or lounge turned into a branded, content-friendly space — signage, totems, installations, lighting and print. Set up locally, built to look good on camera.
Creator Coordination
Local logistics and coordination for creators and talent — content collaborations, scheduling and on-the-ground support during a week built around the creator economy.
On-Site Content & Video
A crew on the ground capturing video and photo across your week — panels, parties, interviews — turned into daily recap reels and social-ready cuts while the festival is still live.
Lead Capture & Meetings
Pre-event outreach to book the right meetings before you arrive, plus a clean way to capture every contact on-site — so nothing lives only on a business card.
Follow-Up & Reporting
The part most teams skip. We provide comprehensive media monitoring and coverage clipping reports, automated follow-up sequences for every contact, and edited content delivery — turning five days of momentum into an actual pipeline.
Before · During · After.
Set-up week
Pre-event outreach to book meetings, a dedicated digital press room, targeted media pitching, and teaser content to announce you’re attending — all sorted before you even land.
On the ground
PR, venue and villa activation, content capture and live social — plus a local contact who can react fast when plans change mid-week.
Turn it into pipeline
Follow-up sequences for every contact, content edited and delivered, and a short recap — so the week becomes results, not a folder of footage.
We’ve been in the room.
We didn’t run these — we showed up, covered them, and turned each one into a story. Years of being in the room is how we learned how a Cannes week actually works.
Good to know.
Do you provide on-site content at Cannes Lions 2026? +
Yes. We have a team in Cannes that captures video and photo across the festival — panels, side events, interviews — and turns it into daily recap reels and social cuts while the week is still live.
Can you set up a branded space or villa activation during the festival? +
We can. Villa, rooftop or lounge spaces turned into content-friendly, branded environments — signage, totems, installations, lighting and print — set up locally and built to look good on camera.
Are you actually based in Cannes? +
Yes — Cannes is our operational base, not a postal address. We’re onsite at major Cannes events throughout the year and work in English and French.
How fast can you start before the festival? +
Fast. The festival runs 22–26 June, so if you’re working on something this week, book the earliest slot and we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic in the time we have.
Do you handle follow-up after Cannes Lions? +
That’s often the most valuable part. We set up follow-up sequences for the contacts you collect, deliver edited content after the week, and send a short recap — so the week turns into pipeline instead of a stack of business cards.
Do you handle traditional corporate PR and media monitoring? +
Yes. Beyond live event activation, we manage the full spectrum of media relations during Cannes Lions — from drafting press dossiers and coordinating executive interviews, to comprehensive media monitoring (veille) and post-event coverage analysis.
Do you work in English and French? +
Both. That’s useful for French media, local vendors and logistics, and for international brands coming in for the week.
